EC department has 10 laboratories which facilitates students to perform various experiments and also help them in design and development of new projects. Proper maintenance is given for each laboratory and the maintenance and servicing details are recorded in the maintenance log register.
Basic electronics laboratory is equipped with discrete components, digital multimeters and CRO which facilitates students to perform basic experiments.
Digital laboratory has digital trainer kit and digital IC’s for building up digital circuits and also helps in design and development of digital project.
Circuits laboratory is equipped with CRO, function generators, multimeters and discrete components and provides a safe environment for students to set up various electronics circuits and to analyze them.
Embedded lab facilitates a safe working environment equipped with microprocessor and micro controller kits,Kiel micro- vision software, interface cards and computers for programming and interfacing.
Communication laboratory has a wide variety of instruments such as DSO, function generators, power supplies, micro wave work bench etc. These equipment's make a very easy way to understand the circuits and outputs.
Microprocessor lab includes 8085 microprocessor kit, stepper motors, interface cards and CRO. Students are performing programs on these kits by using the appropriate equipment.
Signal processing lab is facilitated with signal analysis Mat lab software.
Project lab facilitates final year B. Tech and M. Tech students to implement their project ideas. It is equipped with different software and hardware for design and development of various projects. The laboratory contains different softwares and hardwares such as HFSS, XILINX, Labview, Orcad, FPGA board, Sparton 3& 6, MSO, DSO, Logic analyser, Arm processor and PCB machine. By the proper use of these different technologies will make them to compete in the new technological world and will give a confidence. Apart from these, proper guidance is given to the B.Tech and M.Tech final year students from each of the teacher in charge here. All the final year students are doing their project in this laboratory by using these facilities.
