Student Achievements

  • 1.   Alvine Kuriakose of Electrical and Electronics Department (Batch: 2014-18), College of Engineering Thalassery, represented Cochin University of Science and Technology in the game of Shuttle Badminton in All India / South Zone inter-university competition / tournament held at KL University Vaddeswaram ,AP.
  • 2.  Muhammed Ameen V.K of Electrical and Electronics Department (Batch: 2014-18) College of Engineering Thalassery, represented Cochin University of Science and Technology in the game of Football in All India / South Zone inter-university competition / tournament held at Calicut University.
  • 3.  Vivek Narayanan of Electrical and Electronics Department (Batch: 2013-17) College of Engineering Thalassery, had participated in the Digital Expo held at collectorate, Kannur as the part of Digital India week celebration from 1-7-2015 to 7-7-2015.

Sports

  • College of engineering Thalassery encourages the faculty members and Students to take part in co-curricular activities along with their regular academic commitments to keep them exposed to recent developments in the area of their interest.
  • The campus has large area for sports comprising of full size cricket ground, area/courts for badminton, volleyball, basketball. Moreover, facilities for indoor games like table tennis, carom, chess etc. are also provided.
  • Students of this institute also take part in various technical, games & sports and cultural competitions which are organized by other institutes.eg:
  • Participated in Football Tournament conducted by KTU at Kannur in 2016.
  • Participated in Cricket Tournament conducted by KTU in 2016.
  • Participated in Table Tennis Match conducted by KTU in 2016.
  • Participated in Chess Tournament in 2017.
