The department is well equipped for training the students with state-of-the-art curriculum that provides an ambient atmosphere for learning and acquiring new skills. With a syllabus streamlined for the dynamic IT industry the department focuses on providing sound theoretical background as well as good practical exposure to the students for software endeavors.

Glimpse at the Labs

Computer Language Lab: Students are introduced to the programming world with C. Theoretical sessions are arranged in parallel with it. Advanced concepts are separately handled by veterans in the field. Exposure to graphics using C makes each student aware of the core concept thoroughly.

OOP Lab: Exposure to the fast growing and ever green Object Oriented world is given through this lab. Solid foundation in the field is given with C++ as the platform.

Data Structure lab: Using JAVA students maneuver the advanced concepts of data structures. Programs to perform all the basic operations on data structures are done. Apart from this each student is asked to submit a dozen of programs based on the same.

PC Hardware Lab: The PC hardware lab has microprocessor trainer kits and in circuit emulators for popular 8-bit and 16-bit processors in addition with sophisticated equipments like oscilloscope and other digital testing equipments.

Internet Lab: The internet lab features high speed internet connection providing students with much required cutting edge technology skills to pioneer the web.
