Apart from the academic advisory board meetings, the Principal used to convene periodic meeting with the faculty members to discuss the academic progresses, level of teaching and other academic/ non academic matters. The HOD’s also convene frequent department meetings and the report will be submitted to the Principal. The group tutors will be spending an hour each per week in their respective classes together the feed back and suggestions.
v Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
v Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
The Principal visit every class during each semester and collects the staff evaluation forms from each class, as per AICTE norms.
v Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
College has got a very good tutor system where by each class will have a group tutor to whom the students can convey their grievances.
Regarding the faculty and staff the Principal and Management is always open for redressal of any kind of grievances,
All the faculty members have the freedom to meet the Principal at any time they which to redress their grievances, if any. Any grievance of the students will be addressed to the group tutor first which will be forwarded to the concerned HOD for effective redressal. The problems, which are not solved yet, will be put forth before the Principal.
